This edgebander has

0.4 - 12 mm (15/32") Edgebanding thickness cap., 14 - 55 mm panel thickness, 80 mm min. panel width & 150 mm min. length; automatic magazine for coil, strip & solid edgebanding, HD reinforced guillotine for 3 mm PVC.

Rapid melt glue system with hopper feed, electronic temperature control and separate applicator roll drive.

6-Roller pressure section with (1) large drive & (5) idle rollers; main unit pneumatically controlled, small rollers spring loaded.

IMATRONIC function controller with Keyboard for line control.

Equipped with: (2) Pre-Milling heads with 3 kW - 12,000 RPM motor ea., 200 Hz; both w/jump movement & reversible rotation, SIKO digital readouts, particle & debris air jet blower followed by infrared heating zone for panel edge.

Workstations: Double motor Horizontal end trim mounted on upper frame (0.4 kW - 12,000 RPM motors), adjustable 0° - 25° for chamfer cuts.

Top & Bottom Rough trim (2) - (1.5 kW - 12,000 RPM motor).

Top & bottom flush/radius trimmer (2) - (1.0 kW - 12,000 RPM motors), adjustable 0° - 30° tilt.

Open Space for additional working stations.

Outside of cabin: Top & bottom profile scrapers for up to 3 mm thick PVC banding, vertical & horizontal tracing shoes, SIKO digital readouts for easy setup (currently set up with 3 mm radius tooling).

Top & Bottom glue scraping.

Last station: Top & bottom buffing unit (chamfer sanding unit; 0.25 kW - 1,500 RPM ea. motor), tilts 0° - 30°.

Single Feed speed 12 MPM. - Complete with: 5 KVA (200 Hz) Frequency changer, 80 mm wide track pads, top pressure beam with roller holddown; sound enclosure w/interior lighting over all milling units.
