  (6) Horizontal spindles with (2 + 1) in X-axis for edge boring in the left- & right-hand panel edges and (2 + 1) spindle for edge boring in the rear panel edge.

 

Equipped with: (1) 15 HP (10 kW) High speed vertical router and one (1) 10 HP (7.5 kW) High speed vertical router with with 360° C-axis with "on-board ride along" 8-tool tool changing carousel ("HSK-63" tool holders w/tapered shank) for "on-the-fly" tool changes.

  Router equipped with 360° C-axis rotation around Z-axis with operating unit for various aggregates; includes tiltable boring & routing aggregate and a combination horizontal boring & sawing aggregate; all capable of machining 360° with the (+/- 180°) rotation operating head.

  Equipped with: 2 HP grooving saw with 100 mm dia. blade for X-axis operation.

  Work area with: (8) Moveable support rails w/side mounted raise-and-lower panel feeding rails, (3) square matrix vacuum cups ea., (6) pneumatic backstops for large panels, (2) movable pneumatic side stops and the dual central zero-stop create (2) working zones.

The head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes, feed speed on X-axis is 263 FPM, Y-axis 263 FPM and Z-axis 81 FPM; axis stroke on X-axis is 3,455 mm, Y-axis 1,685 mm and Z-axis 260 mm.
