Denibbing sander with (2) cross brushes and (2) rotary brushes, 1st & 2nd heads:
Cross-brush units with a rotating belt on the vertical axis that is supporting a series of pads with abrasive paper, pads are adjustable to a vary the angle contact on the panel.
During the rotation of the belt, the pad abrasive strips make contact with the work pieces from both sides processing all the sides of the panels the same pass.
Variable cross-brush with abrasvie strips of different width & available in different grits.
Each brush unit is composed of interchangeable abrasive strips with variable back supports; 13" dia. brushes;
Brush RPM inverted controlled from 130-1,300 FPM, 3 HP motor each head.
Brushes are also adjustable on an angle to the conveyor belt;
Conveyor belt feed with inverter control, 16-82 RPM, vacuum conveyor bed assembly;
infeed & outfeed spring loaded holddown rolls;
powered raised-and lower conveyor bed with mechanical digital readout, 1/8" - 6-1/4" opening, and motor load meters,
