Equipped with: Saw Carriage travel speed 16 - 131 FPM, 131 FPM constant return, powered by inverter drive; programmable pusher fence with (7) material clamps (opens up to 75 mm), fence/pusher speed 1 - 43 FPM, return 49 FPM, powered by AC Servo motor on rack & pinion system.
Modular rear machine table with rails; alternate pressure beam for final trim cut, pneumatic side alignment w/automatic pre-positioning by "G-Drive" microprocessor, aligner stroke from 70 - 2,200 mm.
PC controller with onboard PLC, Windows 98/2000/NT operating system with graphic interface with 15" color screen, the cutting cycle is displayed on the screen concurrently with the sequence of the parts being cut on the saw.
Tracks the sequence of patterns and total number of boards cut; parametrically controlled saw carriage automatically adjusts the cutting speed when cutting narrow trims front and back; editing feature allows programming during operation, possible downloading from remote PC to the GIBEN link.
Complete with: (4) Air floatation tables, (3 movable); front safety flaps on the pressure beam; rear and side of machine with protective guards.
