15 HP (11 kW) main motor, 1.5 HP (1 kW) scoring motor, 3,900 RPM main & 5,300 RPM scoring blade, variable saw carriage travel from 20 - 105 FPM (6 - 32 MPM), return speed of 105 FPM (32 MPM) powered by 0.75 HP (.6 kW) motor.
Automatic carriage return (no programming), sensor indicates when saw is through cut and blade retracts & carriage returns.
Pusher fence with (6) grippers, 3.3 FPM (1 MPM) slow forward, 80 FPM (24 MPM) fast, 105 FPM (32 MPM) return speed, powered by DC Servo motor and travels on hardened round steel guides. - Twin profile rear table supports with super glide surface aluminum rails.
HOMATIC "NC 16" Controller with: LCD Display, user-friendly operating menu; handles (4) different languages; data entry by keypad or directly via cable from a PC, stores up to (99) cutting patterns with up to (20) sizes for a total of (700) lines, repeatable (99) times; input via keyboard or direct link with office PC.
Full length crosscut fence, pneumatic side aligner on both sides of cutting line with a stroke of up to 70"; pneumatic pressure beam with (5) pneumatic holddowns for last cut.
Complete with: (3) 620 x 1,830 mm (24-3/8" x 72") Air floatation tables, each with its own high volume blower; safety curtain & safety bar cover cutting line w/saw blade; safety panels enclose rear saw table area.
