Profiles and sands in one pass, a variety of preprogrammed raised panel contours or straight edges starting with a rectangular piece of wood.
The stock is transported through the machine by a feed chain with special pads and hold down rollers that grip the wood securely while it passes two shaping and two counter rotating sanding stations.
Digital readouts are installed on all-important adjustments, ensuring repeatable pattern setups.
Includes return conveyor and two (2) sets of diamond tooling.
