Individual selection of pressure bars and counterbalanced for quick adjustment. Vertical clamp beam travels on bearings and locks with (4) small air cylinders from (1) control point; manual movement left-to-right on bearings, and approx. (30) Sec changeover time.

100" Wide x 50" high x 24" deep clamping cap. and built with a Heavy wall steel frame construction. - Super "easy & quick" manual positioning of vertical side pressure carriage and top pressure beam.
Push button release, pneumatic locking and "counterbalanced" movement of horizontal top pressure beam; vertical side pressure carriage with single lever release & lock, locks in place with (4) air cylinders and rides on bearings for quick & easy positioning.
Vertical & horizontal pressure beam equipped with: (5) Adjustable "dual" ram air pod pressure shoes (3 on the top horizontal beam & 2 on the side vertical beam), 3-1/2" clamping stroke; features individual air pod selection.
Since the pressure bar is positioned over the joint (or shelf), it will automatically compensate for sizing inaccuracy.
Independent controls for top & side pressure and timer for clamping cycle; solid bottom & back support for any size case.
Air flow pressure controls & pressure gauges built into traveling vertical carriage (always close to the operator).
