custom wrapped profiles with pliable postformable & vertical grade laminates using PVA adhesives 1/2"-1-5/8" Panel thickness,

hand wheel adjusted upper holddown beam

with (2) rows of 2 -3/4" dia rollers.

PVA Adhesive (2) Atomized air  spray guns with pressure regulators,

2-gal pressure pot with regulator,top paper roll overspray shield

with automatic advance,Teflon coated collection tray.

Heaters (3) infrared heaters, 5,940 walt cap. each. electronic temperature controls. 54" overall heating zone lenght. (optional) hot air gung with nozzle & blower, 3,000 watt cap.

Forming quick change forming with easily adjustable spring loaded silicone forming rollers for wrapping the heated overlay onto the substrate,followed by pressure sensitive assembly,also with spring loaded rollers.

Trimmer Horizontal for finish trimming (at outfeed),

1.5 HP-1,800 RPM HF motor,dual axis copying,0 to 45 degrees tiltable,chip collection vent.

Feed drive 18" x 60" infeed & outfeed roller conveyors,infeed guide with adjustable fence and mechanical counter. 1-1/2" single pitch roller chain with 3-3/16" wide rubber pads, 18-50 FPM varible feed speed,forward/reverse drive with electronic inverter,feed speed digitally displayed on control panel,outrigger panel support.

Control Console. Digital feed speed display,electronic temperature controller with "Set Point" digitally displayed,NEMA 12 electrics,all trim motors with High Frequency inverters.
