Gannomat DB line of dowel hole boring machines are precise and accurate. These are a semi-automatic boring machine for casegoods, furniture fittings, line drilling, and framework in SYSTEM 32 mm.
Features
Side fences easy retractable, for quick set up from dowel hole drilling on cabinets, to frame or line drilling.
Side fences with mechanical digital counters for precise setting of edge measurement
Front stops with mechanical digital counters (retractable for fixed shelves).
All stopping rulers are easy and fast assembled and disassembled without tools.
The precision drilling unit is characterized by the high design and wide angled linear guides
Optional Features
Line Drilling Set for Shelf Holes Line drilling in SYSTEM 32 with 35 precision drilling spindles to ensure perfect through holes. A third row of holes can be set up to 300 mm.
Half Open Connectors Drilling of half-open RTA fittings (e.g. Häfele shelf connector Rafix TAB).
Eccentric Fittings Drilling of vertical and horizontal holes, used for eccentric RTA fittings (e.g. Häfele Minifix).Dowel holes can reinforce the connection yet.
Hinges Drilling of hinge holes by mark or with latch stops. Stopping ruler can be turned from the right to left hand for precise drilling of left or right hand doors. Hinges are drilled with a 3-spindle-adapter-drillhead, the boring pattern is according the hinge manufacturer
