70 mm min. panel width.
Top mounted (2) rubber roll feeder on infeed side.
Top pressure beam with double V-belts, 80 mm wide Heavy Duty feed;
Granular glue pot and Pre-melt unit;
Equipped with: Magazine for up to 3 mm Coil stock, HPL & strip stock up to 12 mm; "Hot Melt" glue system with reversible glue roller applicator.
Pneumatically controlled pressure roll section with (4) total Pressure Rollers, (3) roll pressure section w/ (1) driven 9”dia. roller.
Workstations: Double motor front & rear end trim, straight & chamfer trimming (.80 HP - 12,000 RPM ea. motor).
Top & bottom rough trim (2 HP - 12,000 RPM ea. motor).
Top & bottom fine trim, tiltable manually (0.5 HP - 12,000 RPM ea. motor).
Profile scraping for PVC edges.
Last station: Top & bottom oscillating buffing unit (two 0.33 HP - 1,650 RPM motors).
