Heavy Duty "FUSION" model with 60" x 120" table, (4) parts location pins & vacuum table zones; precision machined 2" solid aluminum table, spoil board ready.
Table travels on precision THK contour linear guideways, extra Heavy Duty fixed center supported gantry for full 10' of X-axis travel table coverage.
Router spindle has air cooling through independent electric fans, ceramic bearings and internal blowing device for cleaning of the "HSK 63F" tool holder cones. - Router is mounted on slides for individual positioning by Servo motors.
Closed loop Servo drive system with precision ground pre-loaded precision ball screws driven by FANUC brushless AC Servo motors at (65,536) pulses/revolution for positioning +/- 0.0004 on all axis at 0.001 - 3,150 IPM max. machining feed rate with 3,150 IPM rapid traverse on X- & Y-axis, 600 IPM on Z-axis.
X-Axis travels 140", Y-axis 84", and Z-axis 15" with 19" clearance under the gantry, extended gantry bridge for full 60" x 120" table coverage by all work heads.
All axes ride on extra large THK precision contour linear guideways, all positioning bearings serviced by an automatic lubrication system.
FANUC Series computer control with:
10.4" High resolution CRT, 3-1/2" floppy and 1.6 GB hard drive;
RS-232 ports, (MPG) hand held controller, full Qwerty keyboard & air conditioning system for temperature control.
